We had to leave at 4am so couldn't have breakfast!

The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is friendly, and the room is incredibly spacious. The location is particularly good, 1 mile from Home. Also, it is just next door to restaurants and light groceries and bike trail and stores. They serve variety of meals, the food I tried was outstanding! When I am in Ottawa, I like staying here.

Make sure to get a double room with bathroom and fresh towels, for instance. The staff are polite and courteous, offer great services...

The room was nice sizes for included with kitchen

I don't like about parking . Just an idea ok on the front of the first floor rooms should park there car or truck front ok if second floor should park by the pool or park farther not front ok

Easy to find. Plenty of space to exercise my dog who was welcomed and we both got a good nights sleep and were easily back on the road the following morning.

I found the room impressively clean and comfy, much better than expected for the price. The cozy bed ensured I had a restful sleep after driving! I would definitely stay again.

The spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds offered comfort and quietness, great to relax, despite some minor issues like a non-working coffee maker.

I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and easy access to my room. The staff were great. And parking right in front was a great convenience for loading and unloading.

I enjoyed the king room in the back, super relaxing and quiet. It's also close to ottawa university. The owners were really accommodating. Plus, i loved being able to park right outside my room. Such a nice touch!

I've stayed here before, but this recent visit was even better. My family and i felt relaxed in our spacious queen room that was surprisingly quiet, away from the main street noise. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

the coffee maker wasn't working.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, a much-appreciated feature. Unfortunately, the breakfast offering was minimal, just a few doughnuts, and there was a lack of basic hygiene products in the bathroom.

Just a solid selection for a city trip in Ottawa with very good value for money. The room was clean and seemed updated. Try to ask for a room away from noisy areas.

comfortably basic but needs improvement

The bed provided a good night's sleep after our long drive, which I greatly appreciated. The staff member at the front desk was kind and were really good too assist us .

The room was fairly standard and lacked some basic amenities.

The decoration at the hotel was charming and brought back memories of a cozy countryside retreat. the general areas were well-kept and had plenty of seating for us seniors to rest and chat. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with handrails in place and easy ramps for us to navigate.

Only drawback was the lack of assistance from the children working there.
